Returns & Exchanges

 

All products are checked prior to hosting. However, should a product be faulty, please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange (excluding postage).

 

You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with all tags attached and all the relevant documents.
